melissa, a sleeping tablet AND a girl who can't sleep..

Confession: I haven't had a decent nights sleep in weeks.
I found an ad for these sleep-inducing tablets in a new magazine this month and now I really want to try them..
(gotta love the name :-))

I thought at first it was just me adjusting to my school schedule again but now I'm beginning to think I have a problem. And, I've tried everything over the counter. Melatonin use to work for me and now when I take it, it seems to wear off too quick and then I'm wide awake. Not fun.
Has anyone heard anything about this herbal tablet?
I think I'll head to Sun Harvest tomorrow to see if they carry it. They should.

Since I'm obviously not sleeping..here's what's keeping me up..

Have you tried Yogi Bed Time tea?? If not you should get your hands on some. The hubby and I swear by it and it tastes yummy.

Ohhhhhh candy corn!!! Man, I forgot it's almost candy corn season..although I do prefer the pumpkins myself.

1. I'm right there with you. I've been self medicating right now with the 'dryl. ah ha
2. Just had a pumpkin spice latte. HEAVEN! And I had never tried it this way, but I got it with skim milk and no whip. It was just as good. I hope you are able to get some sleep soon!

Thanks for the recommendation, Stacey! I'll have to get me some over the weekend. I've seen it at Sun Harvest a bunch of times but never have bought it.
