free.

I started a new art journal book today.
This book is my own personal prompts/thoughts/ideas, if you will. It's not from any online class.
I plan on keeping this book separate from my others because it's meant for the times that I'm sad, angry, and/or frustrated. Lately I've been feeling certain strong emotions that need to be channeled somewhere. I figured what better place than through art.

Here's my first page . I'm not sure if I will continue to share them as time goes on or just keep them private. All I know is that I need to release these built up emotions somehow.

I always welcome any comments or suggestions you may have.
